Consists of 2 large rooms, a bedroom with two double beds. A door for privacy, a living room with a sofa bed (has inner spring mattress), which pulls out and sleeps two.  Full-bath with shower and tub enclosure. Large refrigerator, coffeepot/microwave.

Same accommodations as option A but also has fully equipped efficiency kitchenette (no ovens) includes a toaster, electric coffee maker and kitchen utensils. Living room has either a sofa bed or a Murphy bed.

These spacious suites consist of a large private room equipped with a king size bed and sofa bed. Complete V.I.P. kitchenette with microwave. Full Bath surely fit for Very Important People!

May be had by combining a Guest Room (A) with an adjoining Efficiency (B). Accommodates (12) people.

CHECK IN: AFTER 4:00 pm (SUNDAY CHECK IN: AFTER 5:00 pm)

RATES

• For double occupancy (or 2 adults & 2 children under the age of 18)

• Balance due upon arrival: We gladly accept cash, traveler’s check, money order, Visa, or MasterCard (Personal checks are accepted ONLY for deposit).

• Rates are subject to change, unless your reservation is confirmed.

• Additional Guests: Adults $10 per day; Children (Under age 18) $5 per day

All rates have been discounted 3% for the benefit of those who wish to pay their balance in cash, traveler’s checks or money order. Visa, MasterCard and Debit Cards are welcome at the full rate.

RESERVATION POLICY

• Early reservations ensure requested accommodations

• A deposit of 2 days rental is required; which will be applied to your last two days of stay

• Must be 25 years of age or older in order to reserve; Photo ID and Credit Card are required at Check In

• Reservations will be held until 6 pm, unless we are notified!

• Reserve 30 days in advance for weekly rates.

• Reservations will be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not received within 6 days.

NO REFUNDS DUE TO WEATHER, EARLY CHECK-OUT, OR CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

CANCELLATIONS

• All cancellations prior to 4 weeks are subject to 25% service charge. NO refunds due to bad weather or early check-out.

• Deposits are not transferable.

• All cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in loss of deposit.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

• Guest Check-In starts at 4:00 pm, 5:00 pm on Sundays.

• Guest Check-Out is at 10:00 am (to avoid charge for additional day)

An “Extra” Day” – As a registered guest, you are privileged to enjoy our premises before and after the regular check-in, check-out time. If you arrive early you can use the shower room to change and relax by the pool while waiting to check in… and after checking out, you can in the same way continue to enjoy your Vacation- In- Paradise right up to the last minute by making use of our fine facilities.
